My favourite recipe in the book is Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower bites, which essentially tastes like a veggie version of chicken wings, especially when paired with the great blue cheese dip recipe. The Chipotle Sweet Potato Tacos with Grilled Pineapple Salsa is now a family favourite as is the Jamaican Jerk Tofu ā€“ even my meat-loving husband likes this, especially with the HEAT that comes from the whole scotch bonnet.
