Perogies aren't always stuffed with potatoes, try this dessert perogie on for size.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 cups fresh or frozen (don’t thaw them) blueberries or Saskatoon berries

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar and flour; stir in the blueberries or Saskatoon berries. If they’re frozen, store in the freezer until you’re ready to use them.

Makes enough for about 3 dozen perogies.
