Materials:

  • 7 holiday cards
  • scissors
  • glue
  • hole punch
  • satin ribbon or string

Directions:

1. Trace a circle around the part of the picture on your card that you want to use (a juice glass works well). Repeat on all seven cards.

2. Cut out the circles using scissors (we used decorative edging scissors but plain scissors would work too).

3. Fold each circle in half with the picture on the inside. Repeat with all seven circles.

4. Brush glue onto the back of each half and glue one half to another with the folds touching each other until the ball shape is complete.

5. With a small hole punch, make a hole at the top of the ball and thread with ribbon or string. Tie two loose ends together in a knot or a bow to make the hanging loop.
