Twigs, marshmallows and matches are essential for a camping trip. Just ask a six-year old. In fact, we asked four kids, ages four, six, nine and 10 to pack their own bags for designated trips without any parental help. They packed everything fromScotch tape to silk gloves for a trip to grandma's house; lip gloss and makeup for a sleepover; snacks and a DVD player for a ‘boring' car trip; and a cell phone, along with a calling card, for camp.
Ready to be a Cub Scout,
