As
Helen Keller said, “I can't do everything, but I must do something.”
Those words have no doubt punctuated many keynote speeches, sermons and
valedictory addresses, but they still ring true. Especially as we
approach Earth Day on April 22. We'll all be thinking even more about
global warming, the ozone layer and our carbon footprint.
How
will you celebrate Earth Day this year? Will you turn out the lights for
Earth Hour? Will you pick up garbage on your street? Or will you make a
donation to your favorite environmental charity? The ways are as unique
as your family. What we hope is that April 22 doesn't go unnoticed in
your home. In line with the theme of our April issue, Caring for our
World, we've put together a collection of articles and ideas to inspire
you to make a change. It's easier than you think.
