These Rice Pudding Paradise Tarts are a great way to introduce your kids to new flavours while keeping dessert time fun and healthy. Whether for an after-school snack or a special occasion, this dessert will surely be a crowd-pleaser.

Prep Time:  20 minutes

Makes:  6 tarts 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Hans Dairy Kheer / Rice Pudding 
  • 6 tart shells  
  • 1 cup 35% whipping cream 
  • 2 tbsp corn flour 
  • 1 tbsp sugar   
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 2 kiwis 
  • 6 raspberries 

Instructions: 

  1. Bake tart cups according to the package instructions. 
  1. Heat whipping cream in a skillet and add sugar. 
  1. Dissolve corn flour in water, add to skillet and stir for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. 
  1. Remove from the stove and cool down the mixture. 
  1. Add rice pudding to the mixture and mix. 
  1. Cut the kiwi into small pieces. 
  1. Fill the tart cups with the rice pudding mixture and top with raspberries and kiwi. 
  1. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
