Ingredients:
- 1 cup Hans Dairy Kheer / Rice Pudding
- 6 tart shells
- 1 cup 35% whipping cream
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 kiwis
- 6 raspberries
Instructions:
- Bake tart cups according to the package instructions.
- Heat whipping cream in a skillet and add sugar.
- Dissolve corn flour in water, add to skillet and stir for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
- Remove from the stove and cool down the mixture.
- Add rice pudding to the mixture and mix.
- Cut the kiwi into small pieces.
- Fill the tart cups with the rice pudding mixture and top with raspberries and kiwi.
- Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
