Celebrity Baby Scoop has learned that William and Kate are expecting their first child together via a statement from Kensington Palace that stated, “The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news.”
William has expressed his desire for children in the past stating, “We’ll sort of get over the marriage first and then maybe look at the kids, but obviously we want a family so we’ll have to start thinking about that.” Rumors have circulated about a royal baby since the couple wed in April 2011. The couple will be relocating into the 20-room, Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace in early 2013 to have more space before the arrival of the baby.
Unfortunately for Kate, she’s been diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a severe form of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy that is different from morning sickness, and will be spending several days in hospital.
All the best to William and Kate!
