The Love & Lemons Cookbook by Jeanine Donofrio. I’ve been following the Love & Lemons blog for a few years now, and I have always been impressed with how fresh, flavourful and creative veg-centric cooking can be in the hands of such a master.

The artful photography is beautiful and the chapters are organized by key ingredient with recipes that are clearly laid out and offer helpful ingredient substitutions for vegan or gluten-free diets where applicable.
