Kindly fill out this brief form to inform us about your hotel's delivery details and ensure effective
communication with you.

The magazines are scheduled for delivery in May in cartons of 200 (digest size magazine), intended for
distribution throughout the year. Please be aware that distribution will be handled on a first-come, first-served
basis.

If you represent multiple hotels, we kindly ask you to complete a form per hotel.
Note: The minimum order is 200 magazines (one box). Please order in multiples of 200 magazines.
