Frozen grapes make tasty treats on their own. Skewer them on a toothpick and dip them in melted white chocolate (or even thick Greek yogurt) and sprinkles before freezing, for an almost-instant treat that’s fun to pop in your mouth.
Ingredients
1/2 cup (125 ml) white chocolate chips
about 2 dozen red or green grapes
1/2 cup (125 ml) sprinkles
Directions
Melt chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave, stirring at 20 second intervals until melted.
Wash the grapes, then skewer with toothpicks. Dip the bottoms in the melted chocolate, then in a shallow bowl of sprinkles.
Set on a plate and put in the freezer until firm.
Makes about 2 dozen grape poppers.
