We’re looking for parents to test NIURISS Smart Formula and share their honest feedback.
If you’re a parent or caregiver of a baby aged 0-18 months who is currently using infant formula, or if you’re open to trying a new formula, we’d love to hear from you.
Complete the application form below for a chance to participate in our parent testing program. Selected families will receive a FREE 3-week supply of NIURISS Smart Formula to try at home and will be invited to share their experience and feedback.

NIURISS Smart Infant Formula, 0–12 months, is made in Canada with high-quality Canadian milk and first-to-market OPO lipids, designed to support gentle digestion. Inspired by key components found in breast milk, it offers higher DHA to help support brain development, along with 2’-FL HMO to support gut and immune health.
NIURISS Smart Follow-Up Formula, 6–18 months, is designed for the next stage of growth. It includes enhanced levels of calcium and phosphorus to help support strong bone development as babies continue to grow.
