Individual Orange Cakes on the Barbecue

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut thin slices off the tops of oranges and scoop out the flesh, leaving the rind intact.

2. Fill rind with white or chocolate cake or muffin batter (bring a mix).

3. Replace the top slice, wrap orange in foil and tuck into the hot coals.

4. Turn occasionally for about 20 minutes. When the package is cool enough to handle, unwrap it and eat the cake with a spoon.
